This journal talks about the rare ability to have lucid dreams, which enables you to control and direct your dreams one you realise that you are dreaming within a dream. Michael czisch study coauthor of the max plank institute of psychiatry in munich and his team set out to catch and experiment the brain activity of someone in a lucid dream with a machine called a functional MRI.
This journal answers a few questions about why I sometimes fall into sleep paralysis and what, because sometimes I realise within a dream that I’m actually dreaming and it feels as if I’m bending the laws of my mind when I do.
