After watching this Documentary and reading few journals/books including Chris white Sleep Paralysis: what it is and out to stop it, i understand that Sleep paralysis is very common throughout history & many people have experience it. Furthermore most sources often relate sleep paralysis with the paranormal or spiritual world.
